Cinematographer Brad Kremer first approached Nike with the idea to showcase multiple athletes from different sports using tilt shift time lapse photography and composting. After some conceptual refinement, however, the film got narrowed down to focus only on Laura Hadar and snowboarding. The final result, following some dubious moments after Hadar got injured during filming, is a cool, quirky and upbeat daydream piece highlighting not only Laura, her shoes and the sport of snowboarding – but also rather the creative drive to push forward that Nike has become emblematic of over the years.
